So, the self-help book has been nixed due to the incredible array of symptoms and diseases....at least for now. Instead, I have set up a Wiki at: http://fuxiwen.pbwiki.com and a bulletin board system at: http://fuxiwen.freeforums.org so that this process can be collaborative. It isn't called Open Source Medicine for nothing.

The website is coming right along. It will go live as a restricted site at first to iron out the workings.
